Billing Process for In-Network Patients:

The clinic will bill your insurance company directly for in-network services.

Medicare and Medicaid:

Only Medicare Advantage Plans are accepted.

Other Medicare or Medicaid plans are not billed by the clinic.
Out-of-State Insurance Plans:

Not billed directly. A Superbill will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement.
If Your Insurance Doesn’t Cover Acupuncture:

You can access savings via Acupuncture Health Commitment Packages or Memberships for prepaid treatments at reduced rates.

Premium: The monthly payment to your insurance company, regardless of services used.

Deductible: The amount you pay out-of-pocket before insurance begins to cover expenses. For example, if you have a $1000 deductible, you’ll pay that amount before insurance contributes.

Insurance Coverage Percentage: After the deductible, insurance may cover a percentage of the costs, such as 100%, 80%, 70%, etc.

Co-pay/Co-insurance: A small fixed portion of the bill you may need to pay, often listed on your insurance card.
